Apothenne LA is an independent home fragrance company based in Los Angeles, California with our flagship product being candles. Our candle collection is handcrafted with 100% non-GMO soy wax and cotton-core wicks. We use a blend of essential oils and premium natural oils. Our products are ethically produced and are free of preservatives, additives, dyes, parabens, petroleum, and phthalates. Each Apothenne Los Angeles candle is developed, hand-poured, packaged and shipped from our LA studio to you.

This is a collection that speaks to the imaginative alchemist, the maker, the retailer and consumer who desires and deserves cleaner, artisan-focused, and luxurious candles.

We hope to awaken your senses, evoke nostalgic memories and add a little love and light to your space. We believe in giving back to our community and inspiring change, one flame at a time.

About Apothenne Los Angeles Founder, Jacqueline Bradley

At 23 years old, Jacqueline founded her first company. She has owned and operated multiple stores and parlayed these ventures into a subscription box service that specialized in women’s clothing, accessories, apothecary and lifestyle goods.

Her years in the retail and wholesale world coupled with a lifelong obsession for fragrance and apothecary; led her to this passion project —now business— that she is proud to share with the world!

Philanthropy is a huge driving force for Jacqueline, often using her brand as a platform to bring awareness and funding to numerous organizations over the years. She has worked to create events that empower female makers and artists and provide them a platform to showcase and sell their wares, while spotlighting the social and economic importance of women in business.
